At ZRC, we help buyers develop private label portable soccer goals by clarifying the training format, playing surface, dimensions and set contents before sample development. The word “portable” does not establish how a goal folds, what a sales unit includes or where a particular design can be used.
For a first inquiry, send your product reference, intended use, requested dimensions, target market and proposed quantity. We can discuss the product format and the development questions that need to be settled before a quotation is finalized.
Which portable soccer goal format should we discuss?
The format should reflect your intended product use and storage expectations. We manufacture and develop soccer training products, including pop-up and foldable goals, and can discuss a reference design with your buyer requirements in mind.
Our SG027 reference image shows one blue goal with a black net and a hanging circular target. A bag is also pictured. That image helps identify an appearance and format; it does not establish the final size, set quantity, included accessories or approved use conditions for your order.
When a buyer asks for a different shape or frame-supported format, we review it as a separate development discussion. Adding a logo to a reference image does not settle those construction decisions.
See our soccer goal range for a starting point.
Why do we ask about the playing surface?
The intended surface belongs in the product brief because the setup and stabilization requirements must suit the selected product and use. A photograph alone cannot show whether a proposed arrangement is appropriate for a buyer's location.
Tell us if the product is intended for grass, another outdoor surface or an indoor environment. We can discuss the requirements rather than assuming that one accessory arrangement works everywhere. Do not infer that a ground accessory is included or that a pictured model is suitable for every surface.
The U.S. CPSC provides safety guidance on movable soccer goals. This is general safety background, not a certification of our reference model. Applicable requirements, instructions and any needed testing must be determined for the actual product and destination market.
How do dimensions and storage affect the development brief?
State the requested playing dimensions separately from the storage expectations. An unfolded product image does not establish the packed dimensions or the steps needed to fold the product.
We discuss the goal format, netting, edge construction and frame fit alongside the size request. If compact storage is part of your retail positioning, describe what you need to confirm in the sample rather than inserting an estimated folded size into the product listing.
A useful sample review records both the agreed measurements and the storage procedure. Any change to the construction should be checked against the same brief before final approval.
Should your product be one goal or a paired set?
We can discuss a single-goal product or a paired-set request, but the quotation must identify the sales unit. Two goals shown together are not proof that the standard offer contains two goals.
<table> <thead><tr><th>Brief item</th><th>Single-goal request</th><th>Paired-set request</th></tr></thead> <tbody> <tr><td>Sales unit</td><td>Confirm one goal per unit</td><td>Confirm two goals per set</td></tr> <tr><td>Color direction</td><td>State the requested color</td><td>State matching or different requested colors</td></tr> <tr><td>Other contents</td><td>List requested items separately</td><td>Specify quantities of each requested item per set</td></tr> <tr><td>Branding</td><td>Identify artwork and position</td><td>Clarify branding on each goal and any other agreed items</td></tr> </tbody> </table>
These are order-planning choices, not standard inclusions. Carry bags and other accessories remain items to confirm for the project.
What affects a custom soccer goal quotation?
The selected format, dimensions, materials, branding and sales-unit contents affect the quotation. A price comparison is difficult to interpret if one request covers a single goal and another covers a set with additional items.
Send us the proposed quantity and explain whether it refers to goals or sets. Include the color split and any development requests. We can then discuss a consistent scope instead of comparing incomplete descriptions.
We do not publish a universal MOQ, sample cost or production time in this guide. Those conditions require a review of the actual project.
How can we review a product you already sell?
Send your current product reference and the specific feedback you want addressed. For example, a report about difficult storage should identify the step where users struggle; a report about a damaged net should show where the damage occurs.
We can discuss possible material or construction changes using that information. A proposed change is not automatically a verified improvement. The revised sample must be reviewed against the problem and the agreed product requirements before stronger performance claims are made.
This approach keeps the discussion connected to the product issue rather than adding general promises about durability.
How do we prepare the sample brief?
First, send the reference, intended use and target market. Next, we discuss the format, surface, dimensions, storage needs, set contents and branding. The brief should mark what is agreed and what still requires a sample decision.
After sampling, compare the product with that written scope. Record revisions to the measurements, construction or contents so the next version can be reviewed clearly. The final approval should refer to the agreed design rather than a mixture of old photos and messages.
What do buyers ask about private-label soccer goals?
Can we request colors and logos?
Yes, we can discuss colors and branding as part of OEM/ODM development. The method, position and commercial conditions need confirmation for the selected design.
Can we request a paired set based on a single-goal reference?
We can discuss a paired-set request, but the single-goal reference does not establish standard order contents. Specify the number of goals and other requested items for your quotation.
Can every portable goal be used indoors and outdoors?
Do not assume that from the category name. Share the intended environment and review the actual product requirements before making a suitability claim.
What information do we need for an initial inquiry?
Send your reference image, format, playing surface, requested size, single-goal or set requirement, target market and proposed quantity. Add artwork if available.
How can you start a project with ZRC?
Email your soccer goal brief to info@zrcsports.com or contact ZRC. Tell us what your customer will practice and what you want the sales unit to include. We can discuss your private-label product range from there.
