Generally, standard catalog products have lower MOQs, while fully customized OEM/ODM products may require higher quantities to justify tooling and setup costs. Sample development time depends on the complexity of the product. For simple modifications to existing products, samples are typically ready within 7-14 days. For completely new ODM product development, the process may take 2-4 weeks including material sourcing, sample making, and initial testing. Standard production lead time is typically 30-45 days after sample confirmation and deposit payment. Lead times may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and current production schedule. We recommend contacting us early, especially for seasonal orders or large-volume projects, to secure production slots in advance.

We typically work with T/T (bank transfer) payment terms. Standard arrangements are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Our factory is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China, with convenient access to major ports including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong for both sea freight and air freight shipments.

We support sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on order volume and urgency. For large B2B orders, sea freight is the most cost-effective option. We can ship on FOB, CIF, or EXW terms depending on your preference. We can also work with your designated freight forwarder if you have one.
