Our client is a golf equipment distributor supplying independent retailers and specialty sporting goods stores across a mid-sized regional market. Before approaching ZRC Textile, the distributor had been sourcing golf practice nets through a general trading company that bundled orders across multiple unrelated factories -- a common setup that made it difficult to control product consistency, branding, or delivery timing.

Their core challenge was twofold. First, their retail partners needed more than one net size to serve different end-use cases -- compact nets for backyard practice, mid-size nets for garage setups, and larger range-style nets for serious golfers -- but their previous supplier could only fulfill single-SKU orders efficiently, forcing them to either over-order one size or manage three separate purchase orders with inconsistent lead times.

Second, as the distributor began building their own private-label identity to differentiate from unbranded imports on retail shelves, they needed a manufacturing partner capable of applying consistent branding across an entire mixed-SKU order -- not just a single product line. They came to ZRC Textile looking for a single factory that could consolidate this into one coordinated order: private-label branding applied consistently across all three sizes, retail-ready packaging that would work across different store formats, and a production timeline reliable enough to plan retail launches around.
